Our task began with crafting Minnie Mouse using high-density foam. To ensure the statue could withstand environmental exposure and physical impact, we applied hard coat as a protective outer layer. This coating not only gave the foam durability and longevity but also protected it from abrasion and wear.

• Sanding and Finishing: Once the hard coat dried, our team meticulously sanded the statue to achieve a smooth finish, preparing it for Disney’s rigorous inspection and approval.
